This whole journey taught me more things than I could ever count, but one of the most important things was to face and fight my own battles and to never give up.

When anxiety increases, even elites can start to think like novices, and their performances suffer.

This gave me a purpose to train again. I wasn’t just “working out”. i was training - training for something - to further improve my technique and my strength.
