“Cheri has been an amazing help in recovering my injuries. She has helped me rehabilitate my tricep tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and also on very short notice my QL strain with only 2 weeks until my competition. Cheri is not only great at manual therapy, but also giving therapeutic exercises for me to do on my own at home. Cheri was able to come help me during my powerlifting competition to make sure I was properly warmed up and ready to compete, breaking the CA deadlift state record with 380lbs. I wouldn’t have had a successful performance without Cheri’s rehabbing and her there.”

“Cheri is the definition of an amazing coach, DPT and an A+ person! She did everything in her power to find the stem of my back injury, which two chiropractors couldn’t help me with. After two or three rehab sessions consisting of soft tissue work, stretching/mobilization and cupping I felt some tremendous relief. My range of motion started coming back and the pain started to lessen day by day! She also made suggestions on what I could do before training to warmup the area as well as try and prevent this from becoming a recurring problem. There’s no one else I’d rather have help me with this injury, or any other injury because of the care and knowledge she gives to her patients/clients.”

“Cheri created a mobility plan for me to use in order to help me stay safe and injury free. This was really important to my fitness goals and career since I am a full time student and am sitting down most days for the majority of the day. I would have probably inured myself badly without Cheri’s guidance. I highly recommend her as a mobility coach as she practices what she preaches and is quite adept herself as an athlete!”
