Born and raised in San Francisco, Cheri began playing sports at a very young age. She was involved in volleyball, basketball, track and field, and tennis. In high school, she was a 3-sport Varsity athlete and continued to excel in collegiate Track and Field, specializing in Javelin. Despite being a walk-on at UC Berkeley and injuring her ACL her junior year, Cheri diligently worked and earned a spot onto Cal's All-Time Top 10 List in the Javelin.

Through her own injuries and working with UC Berkeley’s NCAA D1 Women’s Basketball and Volleyball teams, Cheri developed a greater sense of proprioception, speed, explosiveness, rhythm and timing, and rehabilitation. With a Bachelor's in Nutritional Science, she have always found that proper nutrition combined with the appropriate exercise program provided her a sense of euphoria and relaxation. This leads to a healthy body and mind, which she loves to teach others.

Her lifelong passion is to teach her clients how to establish and build more kinesthetic awareness so that they can be in-tuned with their own bodies. This way, clients can move, feel, and perform better.
